Hi All,
I am recruiting for a remote Customer Support Technician role for one of our well recognized clients based in Jersey City.
This opportunity is for a
**Customer Support Technician**
position. It’s a
**100% remote, one-year contract-to-hire**
role. The position offers a
**bill rate of $21/hour on W2**
, with limited benefits provided by Harvey Nash for your reference.

**only one round of interview (Virtual/video)**

**hiring manager typically provides feedback within a day**
, including whether they’d like to move forward with an offer.

**customer support role**
focused on assisting end users via
**phone and chat**
to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to
**desktop systems, Windows OS, and other IT-related concerns**

**To qualify for the interview:**
You will need to complete two short assessments:
1. **Typing Test**
– to evaluate your typing speed. (please share at gaurav.tiwari@harveynash.com)
2. **eSkill Test**
– to assess your technical and customer support abilities.

Choose the “Medium Test” or the “Benchmark” test. If you choose medium, you can take it a few times and it will give you a nice graph at the end with your score.
