**Title: Technical Support Specialist**
**Job Type: Contract to hire (1 year contract to hire)**
**Location: Remote for States in US( AL, CA, CO, FL, GA, ID, IL, IN, KY, MI, MO, NE, NJ, NV, NY, OH, OR, PA, TX, UT, VA, WA, WI, WY)**
**A reasonable, good faith estimate of the minimum and maximum hourly rate on W2 for this position is $21 with limited benefits.**

**Must Have:**
* Phone and chat support experience
* Windows troubleshooting skills
* Hardware/software install & troubleshooting
* Good communication skills
* **Good typing speed**
**Responsibilities:**
* Provide tech support via phone, email, and chat
* Troubleshoot Windows, hardware, and software issues
* Educate users on product usage
* Log and track incidents accurately
* Report and validate product issues
* Assist with product testing and improvements
***The shortlisting process requires each candidate to complete a typing test and an eSkill test, achieving the required scores to proceed. This is followed by a one-hour video interview, after which the client will make the final selection.***

Choose the “Medium Test” or the “Benchmark” test. If you choose medium, you can take it a few times and it will give you a nice graph at the end with your score.
