**What You’ll Be Doing**

* **Design & Development**
of scalable business applications using
**Agile methodology**

* **Model and automate workflows**
using
**BPMN**
,
**DMN**
, and optionally
**CMMN**
.
* Deploy and configure
**Camunda 8 applications**
, including
**Modeler**
,
**Cockpit**
,
**Optimize**
, and
**Tasklist**
.
* Integrate Camunda with microservices using
**Java**
,
**Spring Boot**
,
**REST APIs**
, and
**Kafka**
.
* **Mentor and coach**
developers on Camunda development best practices, including reusability and orchestration.
* Create and implement
**reusable BPM components**
, including custom connectors and external task workers.
* Provide
**technical and production support**
, resolving performance issues and improving reliability.
* Develop
**unit tests and QA plans**
to ensure robust and error-free process deployments.

**What You Need to Succeed**

* **8+ years**
of software development experience, with a strong focus on
**Java**
and
**process automation**
.
* **4+ years**
hands-on experience with
**Camunda BPM (v7 or ideally v8)**
.
* Proficient in
**BPMN**
,
**DMN**
, and (optionally)
**CMMN**
.
* Experience with
**Java/J2EE**
,
**Spring Framework**
,
**RESTful APIs**
, and
**microservices**
architecture.
* Familiarity with
**Camunda Modeler**
,
**Cockpit**
,
**Optimize**
, and
**Tasklist**
.
* Working knowledge of
**SQL databases**
, performance tuning, and Camunda persistence.
* Experience deploying applications using
**Docker**

**Kubernetes**

* Exposure to
**SSO integration**

**logging frameworks**

**DevOps pipelines**
is a plus.
* Strong communication and collaboration skills, especially in cross-functional and offshore environments
