DevOps Engineer
Job Description
Cullerton Group has a new opportunity for a DevOps Engineer in Philadelphia, PA. The work will be done onsite. This is a permanent job. Compensation is up to $120,000/yr, including full benefits, vision, dental, health insurance, and 401K. Cullerton Group will provide H1B Sponsorship.
The ideal candidate is a DevOps Engineer with 6 to 10 years of experience in automation, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure management. This role requires strong expertise in scripting, version control, and DevOps tools, ensuring seamless software delivery and deployment in a fast-paced environment. Candidates with 5-12 years of experience will also be considered if they align with the required skill set and budget.
Must-Have Skills:
CI/CD & Automation
* Strong experience with Jenkins for CI/CD pipeline development and automation.
* Hands-on experience with Git & GitHub Actions for version control, branching strategies, and automation workflows.
* Proficiency in writing automation scripts using Python, Bash, or Shell scripting.
Infrastructure as Code (IaC) & Cloud Platforms
* Experience managing and automating infrastructure using Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
* Understanding of Docker & Kubernetes for container orchestration.
* Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Monitoring & Security
* Experience with logging, monitoring, and alerting tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, or Splunk.
* Knowledge of DevSecOps practices, security automation, and compliance frameworks.
