As a Brand & Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness, increase customer acquisition, and optimize sales performance across various online channels. You will work closely with the product managers, and other stakeholders to create compelling marketing campaigns, improve brand positioning, and enhance the overall customer experience.

Requirements:

* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
* Proven experience in e-commerce marketing, affiliate marketing, and brand management.
* Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, SEO, and paid advertising.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Proficiency in analytical tools and platforms to track campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Other:

OPT, H-1B (H1B) & TN sponsorship or H1B visa transfers may be available

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 – $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

* 8 hour shift
* Monday to Friday

Education:

* Bachelor’s (Preferred)
