**Job Responsibilities:**
* Collaborate directly with
**Apple engineers**
to execute
**EMC test plans**
aligned with global standards.
* Prepare
**technical reports**
, analyze test data, and resolve any discrepancies or anomalies.
* Conduct
**periodic calibration**
, verification, and
**maintenance of EMC lab equipment**
(ESD guns, LISNs, VNAs, CDNs, etc.).
* Perform
**rework and teardown**
of consumer electronics (must be experienced with small components like 01005).
* Participate in
**debugging activities**
for EMC compliance failures alongside cross-functional engineering teams.
* Assist Apple’s facility team in
**planning & installing new test chambers**
and equipment.
* Maintain test equipment schedules and coordinate calibrations with third-party partners.
🎯
**Preferred Technical Skills:**
* Hands-on EMC validation experience on
**prototype consumer electronics**
.
* Strong understanding of
**EMC standards**
such as EN55022, EN55032, IEC61000 series, and ETSI 301 489-7.
* Familiarity with
**ISO 17025 accredited lab testing**
.
* Deep knowledge of
**oscilloscopes, surge testers, LISNs, SAs, VNAs, amplifiers, CDNs**
, etc.
* Strong
**report-writing and communication**
skills.
* Prior experience with
**contract manufacturing**
environments is a plus.
