**Minimum Qualifications**
* Ability to compile data and coordinate and prepare reports.
* Ability to apply office and administrative business practices and principles.
* Basic knowledge of engineering principles.
* Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines.
* Skill in mathematics.
* Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing.
**Additional Considerations**
* A combination of training, experience, or education in Engineering, Engineering Technology or related field desired.
* Knowledge of ARCGIS, Survey 123, and Field Mapper
