**Education:**

* A bachelor’s or master’s degree are required.

**Duties and Responsibilities:**

* Dealing with arriving guests and high-level visitors.
* Assist with translation.
* Managing the CEO’s daily schedule.
* Report any misconduct, suspicious or unethical activities to the Compliance Officer.
* Oversee the collections activities of the company, including but not limited to processing payments, resolving complaints and discrepancies, accurate and timely bookkeeping, and other activities of the Accounts Receivable department.
* Generate and analyze financial reports on reimbursement and provide these reports to supervisor.
* Monitor operating budget of the department and adjust as needed.
* Ensure the implementation of processes to measure, assess, and improve the performance of the reimbursement activities of the company.
* Develop, review, and suggest changes to reimbursement policies and procedures as needed.
* Ensure ongoing compliance with all laws and regulations; ensure that the department meets or exceeds accreditation standards; and implement ‘’best practices’’ in all departmental activities.
* Delegate authority as necessary to ensure that all responsibilities of this position are fulfilled in a timely and accurate manner.
* Participate in surveys conducted by authorized inspection agencies.
* Participate in company committees when requested.
* Pursue continuing education programs appropriate to job responsibilities.
* Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

**Essential Experience:**

* Knowledge of and proficiency in computer programs, i.e., Microsoft Word, Excel, Adobe, and experience with database management.
* Knowledge of principles and practices of basic and advanced office management.
* Knowledge of clerical and administrative procedures and systems such as filing and record keeping.
* Demonstrate a high degree of skill in problem solving and working effectively with people.
* Ability to maintain filling systems and company documentation.
* Ability to communicate effectively (written and verbal)
* Experience in office/clerical/administrative assistant position required.
* Experience/familiarity with the pharmacy field is preferred.

**Physical Demands/ Environmental Factors:**

* Ability to sit for long periods of time.
* Must have a current driver’s license and auto insurance.
* Ability to talk on the phone extensively and eloquently.
* Ability to bend, lift, pull and push at least 25 lbs.
* Must have the visual ability to prepare, analyze and transcribe data and figures.
* Ability to read extensive use of computer screens.

**Proficiency in any of the following languages is encouraged, but not required:**

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $90,000.00 per year
