Financial Analyst (Fluent in English & Mandarin)

Job Description

**Responsibilities:**

* Track and analyze industry trends, marketing performance, and sales data to support financial forecasting and strategic planning.
* Research and evaluate securities, monitor market movements, and assess performance indicators to inform investment insights.
* Conduct due diligence by reviewing financial documents, reports, and direct communications with key stakeholders from potential acquisition targets.
* Prepare and present analytical reports and presentations to management, identifying key financial trends and recommending actionable strategies.

**Qualifications:**

* Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, or statistics.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, supporting the requirement to work closely and confidently with senior business leaders (both internal and external).
* Ability to read, analyze, and interpret financial reports and legal documents.
* Strong research abilities, ability to meet deadlines
* Well informed in current financial subjects, accounting, tax laws, money market and business environments
* Strong problem-solving skills
