The salary range for this posting is:
27.74 – $39.25 Hourly
$2,219.54 – $3,139.85 Biweekly
$4,809.00 – $6,803.00 Monthly
$57,708.00 – $81,636.00 Annually
This position is responsible for operational fiscal administration for the Division. This position manages the Division’s funds and fiscal activities to ensure they align with the Division’s goals, objectives, and mission. This position participates in the development of short-term and long-range fiscal planning. This position researches and analyzes fiscal and regulatory data to identify issues and make recommendations. The position ensures the Division is in compliance with all obligations set forth in the Colorado State Procurement/Fiscal Rules, CDLE purchasing policies and CDLE fiscal policies.
This position administers and reports on the Division’s multiple budgets, which are governed by multiple funding streams, including federal and state funding. This position operates independently on all approved Division travel, purchases, requisitions, and other fiscal related tasks for Labor Market Information and Labor Standards.
Within the Division, this position creates operational processes, procedures, and tracking essential to the Division, following approval and direction provided by the Division’s leadership, the department, and related fiscal and procurement rules. The position is relied upon by the Division Directors and delegated Appointing Authorities to provide monthly financial reports providing fiscal year spending, forecasting for budgeting and fiscal recommendations for personnel moves.
The position is responsible for completing risk assessment forms, contract planning, performance monitoring, reporting, and upload of all documentation into the master contract file. This position oversees the day to day management of contracts, ensuring compliance with requirements, standards, measures and budget.
As a member of the Division’s Services and Support team, reporting to the Division’s Operations Director, this position serves as an adaptable resource for Division projects as assigned, and may provide expertise for project strategy, etc.

**MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:**
**Experience Only:**
Six (6) years of relevant experience in an occupation related to the work assigned to this position to include: Financial experience in applying accounting principles, budgeting, forecasting, reporting and analysis, managing program budgets and related expenditures, office/operations management. **OR** **Education and Experience:**
A combination of related education and/or relevant experience in an occupation related to the work assigned equal to six (6) years **Preferred Qualifications:*** Professional Accounting Experience.
* Knowledge of state procurement and contracting policies and procedures.
* Experience using Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Drive, Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Google Slides)
* Experience using Microsoft Excel.
* Performing similar duties as a State of Colorado classified employee.
