Job Description
A technology services client of ours is looking for FIX Onboarding Engineer skills their ongoing projects.
Below are the additional details of this role:
Required Skills:
* Minimum 2 years of experience in FIX client on-boarding.
* High Level understanding of FIX protocol.
* Good understanding of Unix.
* Ability to work independently and read FIX Logs files efficiently to resolve order workflow and session related issues.
* Networking knowledge (e.g. TCP/UDP, NTP, ICMP, SNMP, etc.)
* Demonstrate high-level of client service skills (incident management, operational processes)
* Experience with supporting complex business-critical systems and enterprise distributed systems
* Front office experience preferably Futures and Equity Derivative, and experience with Electronic Trading Systems/Client Connectivity.
* Ready to work in Flexible hours, including weekends.
* 1st point of contact for incidents to both clients and internally stakeholders
* Interest in at least one programming language (Java/C#)
* Excellent written and verbal communication in English
This role can be W2 or 1099/C2C and open for USC/GC/H1B resources.
