San Francisco, CA (On-site, 5 days/week)

**Compensation:**
$180K – $265K base + 1–2% equity

**Role Overview**

We’re looking for a
**Founding Engineer**
to help build next-generation AI-powered developer tools operating at massive scale. This role sits at the intersection of
**agentic AI systems, high-performance infrastructure, and real-world developer workflows**
.

You’ll work on systems that process
**tens of billions of tokens per day**
, power thousands of concurrent coding agents, and generate hundreds of millions of lines of code monthly across companies ranging from early-stage startups to Fortune 500s.

This is a
**high-intensity, high-ownership role**
for engineers who love building fast, solving hard problems, and pushing technical boundaries in a small, elite team.

**What You’ll Do**

– Build and iterate on
**agentic evaluation systems**
and
**multi-agent discovery strategies**
to solve increasingly complex coding problems on large codebases
