**About this role**
We are looking for a Founding Lead Recruiter with 3-4+ years of experience to build our talent function from the ground up. We are looking for a hustler who is an amazing communicator, has end-to-end technical recruiting experience, and is excited to wear many hats in a fast-paced startup environment. This person will be critical in shaping our team and culture as we scale.
**What will you be doing?**
– Own the end-to-end recruiting lifecycle for our 5-8 open roles, primarily in engineering (mechanical, manufacturing, software, integration).
– Build and refine our recruiting infrastructure, including interview processes, training, and documentation, using our existing tools like Ashby.
– Take ownership of adjacent people’s operations functions, starting with employee onboarding and expanding into brand building and potentially HR.
– Act as a strategic partner to hiring managers (CEO, CTO, Head of Construction) to meet hiring goals with top-tier candidates.
– Be a steward of our culture, helping to define and build it as we grow into a Series B company.
