A Public Sector client of ours is looking for a Front Desk Receptionist to work on their ongoing project in the Indianapolis, IN office.

Below are the additional details of this role:

Required Skills:

We need a minimum of 5+ years of hands-on experience in the following.

* Previous administrative assistant experience with strong written communication skills.
* Previous receptionist experiences answering high-volume main phone lines.
* Previous experience in MSTeams for receiving/forwarding calls, as well as for internal/external meetings. Will train, if needed.
* Previous customer service experience in a customer-facing role with strong verbal communication skills.
* Working knowledge of all MS Suite or Office 365 – including data entry and the ability to learn additional software programs as needed.
* High School diploma or equivalent
* Associates degree or administrative assistant certification and/or equivalent work experience.

This role can be W2 or 1099/C2C and is open for anyone with valid work authorization in the US. H1B transfer candidates are more than welcome to apply for this role.
