TLC Management is seeking a professional and reliable Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling incoming communications, assisting clients with inquiries, and maintaining accurate records of client information. – Answer and manage incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
– Respond to client inquiries and provide accurate information regarding company services.
– Record and maintain client information, messages, and service requests.
– Direct calls or messages to the appropriate staff members when necessary.
– Assist with general front desk administrative duties as needed.
