Job Description:

We are actively seeking a Java Full Stack Developer with 6-8 years of experience for a staffing approach. This is a W2 contract position, where we connect you with top-tier companies through our network of trusted vendors. Our staffing approach ensures that you will be matched with the best-fit opportunities, and we provide full support throughout the contract to help you succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and maintain backend systems using Java (Spring Boot) for scalable solutions.
* Implement responsive and dynamic front-end features using React.
* Manage and optimize relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL).
* Integrate RESTful APIs to ensure smooth communication between front-end and back-end systems.
* Follow best practices to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
* Participate in code reviews and collaborate closely with other developers.
* Troubleshoot, optimize, and scale applications for improved performance.

Required Skills:

* 6-8 years of experience in Java development (Core Java, Spring Boot).
* Strong experience with React for front-end development.
* Expertise in relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL).
* Hands-on experience with RESTful API integration.
* Familiarity with Git and CI/CD processes.
