Bright Vision Technologies has a immediate contract opportunity for a Fullstack Java Developer based out of Boston, MA.(Hybrid).

Job Title: Fullstack Java Developer
Job Location: Boston, MA.
Job Type: Hybrid
Requirements:* Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field required.
* Minimum 8 (ideally 10+) years of experience developing web-based applications.
* Minimum 8 (ideally 10+) years development experience in Java/J2EE technologies
* Experience with multi-threading using core Java libraries particularly the Executor framework.
* Experience with Spring, Spring MVC, Hibernate, MyBatis
* Experience using and implementing RESTful web services
* Experience with JBoss, Apache, Tomcat.
* Experience with Java, JavaScript, JSP, CSS, HTML, Angular.
* Knowledge of with AJAX techniques and modern JavaScript libraries like jQuery
* Knowledge of XML, XSLT, and JSON
* Strong understanding of SQL database design and stored procedures
* Familiarity with developing cross-browser and cross-platform compatible solutions
* Must have good understanding of non-functional requirements (performance, scalability, maintainability, security)
* Familiarity with Web application security considerations
* Self-motivated and directed, with the ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
* Analytical and problem-solving abilities, with keen attention to detail.
* Prior experience developing property & casualty applications a plus
Responsibilities:* Experience building and deploying applications using continuous integration pipelines and automated deployment tools such as Jenkins.
* Possess critical thinking skills to build end-to-end solutions.
* Possess ability to deliver scalable, resilient, and secure technical solutions and practice industry standards.
* Extensive experience in designing, developing, and configuring applications that meet business requirements, with a focus towards maintaining high performance, quality, and security standards.
* Experience in providing accurate work estimates and ensuring code quality through rigorous analysis and automated testing methodologies.
* Work well in both a small agile team and independently, having a strong user focus.
