**Job Description:**

We are looking for a skilled **Gen AI Engineer** with strong experience in **Python**, **GitHub**, and **GitHub Copilot** to design, develop, and optimize AI-driven solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in building generative AI applications, integrating LLMs, and automating workflows using modern AI tooling.

**Key Responsibilities:**

Develop and deploy **Generative AI models** leveraging LLMs (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.).

Build end-to-end AI solutions using **Python**, including data preprocessing, model orchestration, and API integrations.

Utilize **GitHub Copilot** to accelerate development, automate repetitive tasks, and improve code quality.

Manage source code and collaborate with teams using **GitHub** (branches, PRs, workflows).

Create AI-enabled applications such as chatbots, RAG systems, automation agents, or copilots.

Implement **prompt engineering**, fine-tuning, and model optimization techniques.

Integrate Gen AI capabilities into existing business applications and platforms.

Work with vector databases, embeddings, and retrieval pipelines.

Ensure system performance, scalability, and security across AI workloads.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data, engineering, and product.
