The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
The Global Planning Business Partner role is responsible for bringing alignment and insights internally & externally to drive best practices, proactive communication, and results. Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including internal business leaders and external customers. Identify and develop best methods to partner with key customers to collaborate and drive results through data. Here, you will make an impact by:* Leads collaboration between Solventum and external associations to drive best practices
* Implements process and measurables to align and share information / action with key customers
* Determines detail and tracking needed for aligned action plans
* Supports communication and partnership with key internal stakeholders to enable success
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:* Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND ten (10) years of supply chain, operations or customer facing experience
OR* High school diploma/GED AND fourteen (14) years of supply chain, operations or customer facing experience
AND
In addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:* Experience working with end-to-end operational functions to drive action and communication plans
* Experience working with marketing, sales, or commercial operations teams
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:* Prior experience in project management
* Strong analytical and process improvement skills
* Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with ability to establish and maintain working relationships with internal/external customers and fellow team members at all levels
* Ability to effectively communicate with senior leadership and influence the outcome
Work location: Hybrid in St. Paul
Travel: May include up to 25% domestic/international

Applicable to US Applicants Only:The expected compensation range for this position is $183,301 – $224,034, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience. In addition, this position may be eligible for a range of benefits (e.g., Medical, Dental & Vision, Health Savings Accounts, Health Care & Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts, Disability Benefits, Life Insurance, Voluntary Benefits, Paid Absences and Retirement Benefits, etc.).
