Title: Graphic Designer (Flexible Title)

A well-established brand in the holiday giftware and seasonal decor industry is looking for a Designer to join their creative team in New York. This role involves working across multiple product lines, supporting marketing, catalog design, and digital assets.
Responsibilities:
Product Line A:
* Act as the main creative point of contact for internal teams.
* Create product sell sheets for retail and international customers.
* Regularly update and maintain a comprehensive product catalog.
* Design seasonal product catalogs (Spring and Fall/Holiday collections).
* Assist in website redesign, marketing graphics, and editorial imagery.
* Work on packaging updates, including dielines and booklet designs.
* Coordinate product photography and image approvals.
* Provide graphic support for wholesale and consumer marketing initiatives.
Product Line B:
* Contribute to the design of mid-year and annual product catalogs.
* Develop editorial images for digital and print marketing campaigns.
* Support wholesale and direct-to-consumer (DTC) marketing efforts.
* Create website assets, including banners and spotlight images.
* Assist in consumer email marketing with graphic support.
Product Line C:
* Design website graphics, marketing banners, and digital assets.
* Assist with the development of the annual catalog.
* Support wholesale marketing and email campaigns.
Required Skills & Experience:
Graphic Design Expertise:
* Strong Adobe Creative Suite skills (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator).
* Ability to work with motion graphics (GIF creation in Photoshop).
eCommerce & Digital Marketing:
* Experience designing for Shopify & Klaviyo (understanding templates, mobile vs. web layouts).
* Background in luxury brands or high-end product marketing is a plus.
Print & Catalog Design:
* Experience with product catalogs and editorial layouts.
* Ability to creatively merge stock photography with product images.
Soft Skills:
* Must be comfortable receiving feedback and iterating on designs.
* Ability to collaborate with eCommerce & marketing teams while contributing creative ideas.
* Confident yet adaptable can take direction and build on it with their own creativity.
This is a great opportunity for a creative professional with strong graphic design skills and experience in product marketing and branding. The role requires collaboration with teams across multiple locations and a mix of print and digital design expertise.
A reasonable, good faith estimate of the minimum and maximum annual salary for this position is $75,000 to $80,000 with full benefits.
