H1B Business Immigration Paralegal (Central or EST time zone)

Siskind Susser is hiring! We are looking for an experienced H1B Business Immigration Paralegal with a **minimum of 2 years** of H1B experience to join our team. If you enjoy working closely with clients in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about immigration, we would love to speak with you.
Duties include preparing and filing H1B petitions for a variety of large and small companies; reviewing intake, preparing forms, drafting petition letters and compiling petitions for filing. The position is responsible for communicating with clients via email and phone regarding their cases; keeping track of files and expiration dates; working with attorneys on RFE’s. The successful candidate will have excellent organizational skills, work well under deadlines and enjoy being part of a team. **This is a remote work location in the CT or EST time zone**.
### Requirements
The qualified candidate will have a bachelor’s degree and at least 2+ years of H1B experience with O -1 with an established and reputable business immigration law firm. This position can be remote so moving to Memphis, TN is not required. Salary range is $24 – $32/hour (comensurate with experience).
