A Public Sector client of ours is looking for a Help Desk Analyst to work on their ongoing project in the Little Rock, AR office.

Below are the additional details of this role:

Required Skills:

* Customer Support
* Working with end users
* Problem solving and follow-up skills
* Excellent oral and written communication
* Experience with court software
* Experience with the Arkansas Courts
* Ability to learn new systems
* Experience resolving technical problems

This role can be W2 or 1099/C2C and is open for anyone with valid work authorization in the US. H1B transfer candidates are more than welcome to apply for this role.
