A Public Sector client of ours is looking for a Help Desk Operations Support Analyst to work on their ongoing project in the Mechanicsville, VA office.

Required Skills:
* Tier 1 Help Desk Support
* Help Desk Ticketing Systems
* Hardware/Software Troubleshooting
* Customer Service/Retail Support
* Remote Support Tools
* A+, ITIL, Security+ or Network+ Certification
* Degree in Relevant Field or equivalent experience in IT Support
* Strong communication skills, creative problem solving, highly organized
