A Public Sector client of ours is looking for a Help Desk Support Specialist to work on their ongoing project in the Indianapolis, IN office.

Below are the additional details of this role:

Required Skills:

We need a minimum of 5+ years of hands-on experience in the following.

* Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word and Excel);
* Prior customer service experience
* Knowledge of contact center phone systems
* Knowledge of help desk ticketing systems
* Ability to learn Microsoft SharePoint and IBM Rational Change and Configuration Management (CCM) tools
* Ability to identify and resolve problems using research techniques
* Ability to learn Atlassian Jira, Confluence and Service Management tools
* Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing
* Experience providing first and second tier help desk support

This role can be W2 or 1099/C2C and is open for anyone with valid work authorization in the US. H1B transfer candidates are more than welcome to apply for this role.
