A Public Sector client of ours is looking for a Help Desk Technician to work on their ongoing project in the Jackson, MS office.

Below are the additional details of this role:

Required Skills:

* Minimum of 3 years of experience performing help desk duties and supporting Windows 10 and 11 operating systems
* Experience with KACE ITSM system, Smart Deploy/PDQ suite of products, supporting Citrix, Microsoft M365
