**Job Title: HR Analyst/Advisor**
**Location: College Station, TX (Remote)**
**Duration: 12+ Months (Extendable)**

**A reasonable, good faith estimate of the minimum and maximum hourly rate on W2 for this position is $20/hr to $27/hr with limited benefits.**
Job Description:
We are seeking an HR Analyst with strong experience in HR processes, onboarding, and employee data management. The ideal candidate will support end-to-end onboarding workflows, ensure compliance with I-9 requirements, coordinate background checks, and provide operational support across HR systems including Oracle and ServiceNow. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
**Key Responsibilities**
– Manage and support full-cycle onboarding processes, ensuring accuracy and a positive new-hire experience.
– Oversee I-9 verification, documentation, and compliance.
– Coordinate background checks and follow up on results to ensure timely onboarding.
– Maintain accurate employee records and ensure adherence to HR process standards.
– Utilize Oracle and ServiceNow to process HR transactions, maintain employee data, and track case management workflows.
– Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to streamline HR operations.
– Generate reports and support data audits to ensure integrity and compliance.
– Collaborate with HR teams, Talent Acquisition, and hiring managers to resolve onboarding or system-related issues.
**Required Qualifications**
– **3–5 years of HR experience**
with a focus on HR processes, onboarding, and compliance.
– Experience with
**I-9 administration**
and
**running background checks**

– Hands-on experience with
**Oracle HR systems**
and
**ServiceNow**
.
– Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
**Preferred Qualifications**
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (
**preferred but not required**
in lieu of experience).
– Ability to
