Job Title: IAM Analyst – SailPoint Identity IQ
Location: NC (Hybrid)
Work Authorization: USC, GC, GCEAD, H1B Transfer, H4EAD, L2EAD
Tax Term: W2
Responsibilities:
* Lead the discovery and design of application onboarding into the SailPoint IdentityIQ platform.
* Design secure and scalable identity management solutions using pre-approved integration patterns with SailPoint IIQ.
* Perform configuration and administration of SailPoint IIQ, ensuring compliance with organizational policies.
* Create and manage application roles and entitlements in alignment with enterprise RBAC policies.
* Troubleshoot and resolve SailPoint IIQ configuration and integration issues.
* Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and updates related to IAM and SailPoint IIQ.
Required Skills:
* 3-5 years of experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ.
* Strong understanding of Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) concepts and best practices.
* Proven experience with RBAC, access provisioning, deprovisioning, and access attestation processes.
* Experience in leading application onboarding within SailPoint IIQ.
* Proficiency in SailPoint IIQ configuration and aggregation.
* Strong organizational skills and ability to manage tasks within SLAs.
Preferred Skills:
* SailPoint Certified IdentityIQ certification is a plus.
