**Overview:**

**Required Qualifications:**

* Experience acting as an SME for PingFederate
* Strong experience investigating and remediating vulnerabilities found related to PingFederate
* Ability to lead operational support, maintenance, and system updates related to PingFederate
* In-depth understanding of Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
* Familiarity with general process documentation and conditional access policies
* Experience working with Active Directory
* Ability to work independently with limited knowledge transfer and specific run books

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a skilled IAM Engineer to join our team and support PingFederate within a large Telecom organization. This role involves ensuring that PingFederate is running as expected and providing secondary authentication methods.

In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining PingFederate, working with general process documentation, and managing conditional access policies. You will also need to work with Active Directory and ensure that the product is operational with minimal ramp-up time. The position requires someone who can work independently with limited knowledge transfer and specific run books.
