**Job Title:** IT Engineer – ID & Access Management

**Location:** Hybrid – Vienna, VA or Pensacola, FL

**Job Overview:**
We are seeking an experienced IT Engineer specializing in Identity Access Management (IAM) and Fraud Prevention technologies. In this role, you will be responsible for researching, evaluating, designing, implementing, and maintaining secure system and product solutions focused on Client Identity Access, Authorization, and Authentication. You will provide technical guidance and engineering support across various projects and infrastructure builds for IAM solutions, keeping pace with evolving industry technologies and trends.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Administer and support IAM and Fraud prevention applications, including ForgeRock, Twilio, Guardian/FeatureSpace, Daon components, policy servers, databases, and directories.
* Configure and manage Policy servers, Web agents, Secure Proxy Server, and Federation systems.
* Develop and maintain federations with both internal systems and external organizations.
* Utilize Change Management processes to implement system modifications across multiple environments.
* Design and enhance system components by applying engineering principles.
* Provide technical input on staffing and equipment needs for budget planning.
* Document new and modified system components to ensure clear communication.
* Ensure the security and compliance of all system and product solutions with engineering and Information Security standards.
* Communicate complex technical information to diverse audiences to enable effective decision-making.
* Conduct research, procurement, and deployment for new systems and technology upgrades.
* Perform additional duties as assigned.

**Qualifications (Required):**

* Extensive experience deploying ForgeRock on Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
* Proficiency with SMS communication systems like Twilio and Salesforce.
* Hands-on experience with Guardian/FeatureSpace for real-time fraud analytics.
* Experience managing multiple IAM environments, with expertise in ForgeRock, RSA, Daon, Ping, and Azure.
* Deep knowledge of data security practices, authentication technologies, and access control mechanisms.
* Strong Unix/Linux system administration skills and experience with scripting, SAML, JBoss, and LDAP/Directory Services.
* Agile project planning experience, with a strong focus on organizational and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to present findings clearly and concisely.

**Desired:**

* Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or a related field.
* CISSP, CISA, CCSP, or other Information Security certifications.
* Experience with Agile methodologies (e.g., SAFe) and ForgeRock Identity & Access certifications.
* Familiarity with Ping Identity, Azure Active Directory Federation, and Docker/Kubernetes services.
* Financial services industry experience.
* Daon IdentityX Platform expertise.

**Hours:** Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM EST
