Must-Have Skills

* 8+ years of demonstrable experience in a back-end type-safe programming language (3-4 years in Golang preferred).
* Strong knowledge of back-end microservices architecture, REST web services, and asynchronous messaging (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ).

Hands-on Experience

* Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and Test-Driven Development (TDD) or Behavior-Driven Development (BDD).
* Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins, Git, or similar.
* Experience with Docker for containerization.

Nice-to-Have Skills

* Knowledge of additional technologies: Postgres, gRPC, GraphQL.
* Experience with continuous testing tools and practices (e.g., Rally, JIRA, SVN).
* Familiarity with Waterfall software development methodology.
