Immigration Attorney (Bilingual)

Job Description

Terra Labor is seeking immigration attorneys for its office in Houston Office in Texas. Must be interested in working on immigration law cases.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**

* Troubleshoot and establish a case strategy.
* Draft and file petitions/applications.
* Communicate with clients regarding case processing and procedural issues.
* Update and manage status reports.

**QUALIFICATIONS**

***Education***

* Bachelor’s degree
* Doctor of Jurisprudence

***Requirements***

* Must be licensed to practice law in Texas.
* 1 year of immigration experience preferred
* Possess a thorough understanding of H1B, H2B, EB3, and TN visas, PERMS, immigrant visa petitions, and consular processing preferred
* Must be proficient in legal research, word processing, and document databases.
* Be able to resolve and troubleshoot complex legal issues.
* Must be able to communicate in English and Spanish

* Strong proficiency with a legal software.
* Proactive support of their client’s legal needs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year

Schedule:

* 8 hour shift

Ability to Relocate:

* Houston, TX: Relocate before starting work (Required)
