Instructional Designer

Job Description

A Public Sector client of ours is looking for an Instructional Designer to work on their ongoing project in the Raleigh, NC office.

Below are the additional details of this role:

Required Skills:

We need a minimum of 3+ years of hands-on experience in the following.

* Experience in curriculum design and developing training materials for adult learners
* Strong content development skills needed.
* Instructional design and technical knowledge needed
* Understands the NC Medicaid Program that drive the efforts of the county, regional, and state staff who administer those programs.
* Adobe Articulate 360
* Experience with adult learning practices, principles and procedures in classroom and on-line presentations
* This position will support live virtual meetings and events. Strong presentation, communication, and collaboration skills.
* Preferred tools: Adobe Articulate & Camtasia, MS Teams, Microsoft products, Webex
