Instructional Designer (Workday)

Job Description

A Public Sector client of ours is looking for an Instructional Designer (Workday) to work on their ongoing project in the Atlanta, GA office.

Below are the additional details of this role:

Required Skills:

* Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Instructional Design, Education, Training and Development, or a related field.
* Experience in leveraging Workday’s Learning Management System (LMS) capabilities to track learner progress, and generate reports,
* Proficiency in using Workday for creating, managing, and delivering training programs.
* Proficiency in eLearning authoring tools (e.g. Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia).
* Experience with SCORM-compliant course development and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
* Strong understanding of instructional design models (e.g. ADDIE, SAM).

This role can be W2 or 1099/C2C and is open for anyone with valid work authorization in the US. H1B transfer candidates are more than welcome to apply for this role.
