A Public Sector client of ours is looking for a Intake Specialist to work on their ongoing project in the Indianapolis, IN office.
Below are the additional details of this role:
Required Skills:
* Minimum 6 months of administrative experience
* HS diploma or GED required
* Previous legal course work, paralegal type coursework
* Working knowledge of computers and Microsoft 365
* Ability to effectively communicate, both orally and in writing
* Practical knowledge of the Indiana Civil Rights Law and Federal Civil Rights Laws
* Ability to type with speed and accuracy
* Ability to interpret, analyze and apply the laws appropriately and relevantly to areas covered by the Civil Rights Law
* Ability to interpret and apply Commission policies and procedures as they relate to the charges of discrimination files
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage various projects simultaneously
This role can be W2 or 1099/C2C and is open for anyone with valid work authorization in the US. H1B transfer candidates are more than welcome to apply for this role.
