We are seeking highly skilled Developers / SMEs (Intermediate & Senior levels) who can contribute to designing, building, and optimizing high-quality software solutions. This is an opportunity to work on cutting-edge technologies involving cloud, microservices, secure coding, DevSecOps, performance tuning, and high-scalability architectures, while collaborating with an exceptional technical team.

**Key Responsibilities**

**For All Levels:**

• Participate in project planning, prepare programming specifications, and develop coding logic.

• Design, develop, test, and debug applications using modern frameworks and tools.

• Maintain and upgrade systems, ensuring adherence to coding standards, security practices, and process guidelines.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle.

• Implement microservices, event-driven architectures, and scalable API-centric applications.

• Leverage DevSecOps tools (Docker, Jenkins, GitLab) and CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments.

• Ensure system security, performance optimization, and observability monitoring.

**Additional for Senior-Level Candidates:**

• Act as Technical Lead, guiding the development team with architecture best practices and solution design.

• Define technical roadmaps, optimal design patterns, and disaster recovery/high availability strategies.

• Evaluate architectural alternatives and provide recommendations with clear trade-off analysis.

• Manage solution delivery scope, risks, and timelines, working closely with senior leadership.

• Provide technical expertise in resolving complex issues, including performance bottlenecks and security vulnerabilities.

• Drive innovation by contributing thought leadership and mentoring team members.

**Required Skills & Technologies**

• Core Skills: Java, Microservices Design, API-centric architecture, Kubernetes, Redis, Cloud development (AWS / Azure / GCP), Event-driven systems (Kafka, Pub/Sub, Dataflow).

• DevSecOps Tools: Docker, Jenkins, GitLab, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, secure coding practices.

• Nice-to-Have: PLSQL, service configuration, multi-threading, performance tuning, change/configuration management (ServiceNow, VersionOne).

• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies & SDLC practices.

**Qualifications & Experience**

– **Intermediate Developer/SME**

1. 5–7 years in software development
2. Strong hands-on coding & implementation skills

– **Senior Developer/SME**

1. 7+ years in designing & leading large-scale IT solutions
2. Proven technical leadership and architecture design expertise

**Education:**

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred.

• If no relevant degree, an additional 4 years of relevant experience is required.
