**Position Summary:**
The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle process for the company, from interviewing the candidates to onboarding new hires. This includes conducting candidate screenings, interviews, assisting with job postings, and collaborating with hiring managers to ensure that staffing needs are met. A high level of confidentiality and discretion is required for this role.

* Manage and process job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and selection process to ensure timely hiring of qualified candidates. Including job boards, staffing agencies, networking, and social media, to source and attract top talent for various roles.
* Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, define job requirements, and develop effective recruitment strategies that align with business goals.
* Evaluate candidate qualifications by reviewing resumes, conducting phone interviews, and shortlisting candidates for final interviews.
* Conduct thorough candidate screenings and interviews to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit
* Schedule and coordinate interviews, communicate with candidates and hiring managers about interview logistics and requirements.
* Maintain professional relationships and confidentiality with candidates throughout the hiring process, providing positive candidate experience.
* Work with HR and hiring managers to extend offers and negotiate salary and benefits packages in alignment with company standards.
* Keep accurate records of candidates and recruitment activities in the Recruiting Applicant Tracking System
* Collaborate with HR to develop programs that help with employee engagement and retention.
* Work with HR team members to assist with employee training and performance management.
* Represent the company at job fairs, networking events, and career expos to attract candidates and promote the company brand.
* Perform other HR-related tasks as necessary to support the department and company needs.
* Regular in person attendance is an essential function of this job.

**Education and/or Experience**
Proven experience as a technical recruiter, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
* Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
* 2 years of relevant experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
**Knowledge and Skills:**
* Exceptional reading, writing and comprehension abilities to prepare correspondence, letters and memos.
* Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
* Exceptional Organizational skills to be able to manage multiple positions and complete tasks simultaneously
* Exceptional interviewing, assessment and negotiation skills
* Outstanding listening and verbal communication skills to conduct interviews and phone screens with clients
* Technical savvy to navigate Applicant Tracking System and HRIS systems
* Must be able to read, write and converse fluently in English with the level of competency that will permit the applicant to function in the position. Examples of job duties that require a high level of English fluency are: Facilitate department meetings; Collaborate with engineers and project managers and other departments managers and colleagues.
