Job Description

A Public Sector client of ours is looking for an Investment Planning Program Manager with PMP to work on their ongoing project in the Richmond, VA office.

Required Skills:

We need a minimum of 10+ years of hands-on experience in the following.

* Experience with VDOT Investment Planning & VDOT Strategic Board cycle and activities
* PMP or Qualified under Commonwealth of Virginia Qualification Standards for IT Project Managers for Category 4 Projects.
* People and resource management
* Leading IT professionals in planning, analysing, designing, or implementing IT programs, projects, or systems for a large organization
* Project, vendor, risk assessments
* Large project management
* Financial strategy, tracking budget
* Microsoft Project
* VITA CTP and ECOS/COVRamp process
* Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure, cloud-based solutions, data management and analytics
* Experience in IT Infrastructure delivery (networking, physical plant, vendor management, site provisioning) is preferred.
