IT Sourcing Consultant
Job Description
A Public Sector client of ours is looking for an IT Sourcing Consultant to work on their ongoing project in the Richmond, VA office.

Required Skills:
We need a minimum of 3+ years of hands-on experience in the following.
* Ability to draft requirements in a clear and concise manner
* Ability to draft solicitation documents that detail needs clearly
* Assist customers in solving business problems
* Review terms and conditions and provide redlines for management review
* Ability to follow VPPA and APSPM guidelines
* Understanding of basic procurement/sourcing principles
* Ability to lead procurement teams through the sourcing process
* Ability to help manage customer expectations and provide strong customer service
* Communicate effectively and clearly with internal and external customers
* Knowledge of eVA
This role can be W2 or 1099/C2C and is open for anyone with valid work authorization in the US. H1B transfer candidates are more than welcome to apply for this role.
