IT Technical Project Support Specialist

Job Description

A Public Sector client of ours is looking for an IT Technical Project Support Specialist to work on their ongoing project in the Ridgeland, MS office.

**Required Qualifications:**

* Capacity to assist external and internal stakeholders to learn and use the new vital records data management system.
* Ability to effectively communicate with coworkers involved in the collection, management and development of agency data resources to advance the agency’s data modernization goals.
* Experience working with or for government entities on data and/or IT-related projects.
* Experience working with Vital Records.
* Must have 5+ years of experience with Windows 10 and Electronic Health Record Systems.
* Must have Help Desk Support experience.
* Must have IT Technical support experience.

This role can be W2 or 1099/C2C and is open for anyone with valid work authorization in the US. H1B transfer candidates are more than welcome to apply for this role.
