Role: Java Developer or Python Developer with IAM
Location: New York, New Jersey (Onsite from day 1)
Type: Full-time and Contract-to-Hire (C2H).
Salary Range: $50K – $55K
Visa Requirements: H1B, H4 EAD, US Citizen, Green Card (GC), and GC EAD
Note: This position does not provide reimbursement for relocation expenses. Candidates will need to cover relocation costs at their own expense.

Description:
We are seeking a skilled Java Developer or Python Developer with expertise in Identity and Access Management (IAM) to join our team. In this role, you will lead the architectural design and implementation of Active Directory, Azure, and Unix Kerberos systems. Your primary focus will be on reimagining how we collaborate with our customers and partners by designing and building secure, scalable solutions.
Responsibilities:
* Design, develop, and implement enterprise-scale security services involving Active Directory, Azure Entra ID, and Kerberos.
* Provide technical hands-on engineering and management of these systems.
* Write and maintain tooling for automating repetitive tasks.
* Customize reports for audits and re-certifications, ensuring integration with standard review systems.
* Develop robust functionality within a complex, distributed systems codebase.
* Support and maintain existing functionalities while onboarding new ones.
* Work independently and collaboratively to deliver solutions that meet the needs of both executive management and general employees.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience in engineering, deploying, and managing Microsoft Active Directory, Azure (e.g., Entra ID), and Kerberos.
* Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Bash) and programming languages (e.g., Python, Java) for task automation and solution customization.
* Strong knowledge of IAM principles and best practices for securing access to resources.
* Expertise in web authentication, DNS subsystems, TCP/IP, WNS, DHCP, networking, containerization, and Unix.
* Ability to troubleshoot and debug issues promptly in a fast-paced environment.
* Skill in multitasking and switching between various products and services.
* Experience analyzing system performance, capacity metrics, and tuning systems.
* Good understanding of application deployment and maintenance in an enterprise environment.
* Deep understanding of fault tolerance and scalability in enterprise systems.
* Strong knowledge of UI concepts, microservices, and orchestration.
* Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
* Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.
* Experience resolving complex issues related to Active Directory, Azure, and Kerberos authentication.
Preferred:
* Experience with Azure Entra ID
* Experience with Kerberos
* Familiarity with both Windows and Linux environments
* Experience with configuration management systems such as Ansible, Salt, Chef, or Puppet
