Role: Java Developer (W2 Only)

Location: St. Paul, MN (Locals Only)

Duration: Full Time/ Long term Contract (W2 Only, All Visa Welcome)

Are you a Java Developer with a passion for tackling complex applications? We’re looking for a talented Java Developer to join our Agile team, supporting the “Care” claims application – a critical system used across the enterprise for group, individual, and financial services markets. You’ll work closely with other developers, BAs, QAs, and POs, contributing to a highly collaborative and social team environment.

Project Highlights:

Work on the “Care” application, a monolithic system with legacy business logic, serving key markets.

Collaborate across teams and contribute to new requirements as they come in.

Agile team environment with 3 teams supporting Care, 2-4 developers per team.

What You’ll Bring:

5+ years of software development experience in Java, Spring, SQL.

Exposure to cloud technologies (AWS preferred, flexible on platform).

Strong problem-solving mindset, curiosity, and the ability to work independently.

A willingness to explore new approaches and try different processes.

Bonus Skills:

Previous experience in the insurance industry is a plus.
