Java Engineer (Java / Kotlin / React)

**Location:**
Phoenix, AZ or Sunrise, FL (Hybrid – Onsite Required)

**Type:**
Full-Time / W2

**Work Authorization:**
US Citizens, Green Card Holders, H4 EAD, L2 EAD (H1B Transfers Accepted)

**Note:**
*Local candidates to Arizona preferred*

We are actively looking for a
**Java Engineer**
with strong backend development experience in
**Java and/or Kotlin**
, and some familiarity with modern frontend frameworks such as
**React**
. This is a full-time opportunity with a leading client, offering the chance to work on impactful projects within a collaborative and fast-paced Agile environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Develop and maintain robust backend services using
**Core Java**
and
**Kotlin**
* Build microservices using
**Spring Boot**
* Collaborate with frontend developers working in
**React**
(experience is a plus)
* Design and integrate RESTful APIs
* Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint deliverables

**Required Skills:**

* Strong proficiency in
**Core Java**
or
**Kotlin**
* Experience with
**Spring Boot**
and microservices architecture
* Understanding of
**REST APIs**
and integration patterns
* Familiarity with
**Agile/Scrum**
methodologies

**Nice to Have:**

* Hands-on experience with
**React.js**
or other modern front-end frameworks
* Experience working in a hybrid cloud environment
