We are seeking an experienced **Technology Lead / Senior Developer** to join our team for an exciting project. This role demands hands-on development expertise, problem-solving capabilities, and a strong client-focused mindset to deliver top-tier solutions.

**Duration -** Min. 6 months (C2C)

**Key Skills & Experience:**

· **Technical Expertise:**

* 5+ years of experience designing and developing solutions using **Express JS****, React JS, Node JS, TypeScript/JavaScript, SQL**, with **AWS** experience.
* Knowledge of **Java** is a plus.
* Familiarity with **AWS technology stack** and **DevOps/CICD processes**.
* Proficiency in **automation testing**.
* Proven experience supporting **web and mobile application** teams.

· **Problem-Solving Skills:**

* Adept at troubleshooting application errors and technical issues.
* Ability to design practical solutions that address both technical and business requirements.

· **Communication & Collaboration:**

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills for seamless collaboration between business leads and technical teams.
* Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
* Client-focused attitude with the ability to advocate effectively for customer needs.

· **Documentation:**

* Capable of developing detailed technical briefs and solution designs.
