**Title:** Java Tech Architect
**Location:** Austin, TX
EXP: 12+
VISA: H1B, USC and GC
**Key Responsibilities**
* Lead the design, architecture, and development of complex Java-based solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements and adhere to best practices.
* Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, mentoring junior developers and promoting knowledge sharing.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into scalable and robust architectural designs.
* Define and enforce coding standards, design patterns, and development methodologies to ensure high-quality code and maintainable solutions.
* Drive innovation and continuous improvement in architecture, technologies, and development processes.
* Conduct code reviews and architectural assessments to identify areas for optimization and improvement.
* Stay updated on emerging technologies, trends, and best practices in Java development and architecture.
* Act as a subject matter expert in Java development, providing guidance and support to project teams as needed.
**Requirements**
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
* Extensive experience in Java development, lead architect role.
* Strong expertise in Java EE/J2EE technologies, frameworks, and tools.
* Proven track record of designing and implementing large-scale, high-performance Java applications and systems.
* Excellent understanding of software architecture principles, design patterns, and best practices.
* Experience with cloud-native architectures and microservices design patterns.
* Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
* Relevant certifications (e.g., Oracle Certified Master, Java EE Architect) are a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $57.00 per hour
