Integration and Maintenance:

Integrating Jira with other tools and platforms, such as Confluence, Bitbucket, and Slack.

Administering and maintaining Jira projects, permissions, and roles.

Troubleshooting and resolving Jira-related issues and performance problems.

Ensuring Jira is properly configured and optimized for the organization’s needs.

Jira Customization and Development:

Designing and implementing custom workflows, screens, and fields for Jira projects.

Developing and maintaining automation rules to streamline processes.

Creating custom dashboards and reports to provide insights and track progress.

Developing plugins and scripts to extend Jira’s functionality using APIs and SDKs.
