**General Summary**
You will be joining Column Case Management as a Consultant (Software Engineer) to deploy and support our case management software platform for our customer base. Column will provide you with top-notch training on our case management platform. Candidates with a strong background in programming and operating systems such as Windows, Linux/Unix are urged to apply!

Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
* Installation and configuration of Case Management solutions
* Troubleshoot and support the Case Management applications and systems
* Draft technical installation, configuration, and customization specification documents
* Respond to customer requests for product or solution information
We do not expect a candidate to have all of these skills but a basic grasp of them and an understanding of Operating Systems, Programming and Databases is what we look for.
**Preferred Skills:**
· Experience configuring, developing, and deploying scalable enterprise applications within multiple application server, operating system and database environments.
· **Good hands-on Java/J2EE experience**.
Self-starter, fast learner and flexible to support new technologies, as well as legacy applications.
* Excellent collaboration, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
* Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills in front of clients.
**Experience/Education:**
* A four-year undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or demonstrated work experience
