Junior Data Analyst, Associate

Job_Summary:

IntelliPro is a global leader in talent acquisition and HR solutions, and they are seeking a Data Analyst to join their Customer Success team. In this role, the Data Analyst will lead the delivery of data-driven solutions for game studios, own the onboarding journey, and serve as a trusted analytics advisor.

Responsibilities:

• Lead customer-facing presentations and technical onboarding sessions, covering SDK integration, event instrumentation, and dashboard configuration.

• Serve as a strategic advisor, translating business objectives into actionable data collection and analysis strategies.

• Curate and present analytics best practices tailored to game genres, lifecycle stages, and monetization models.

• Build and deliver dashboards and reports on key KPIs (retention, LTV, conversion), enabling data-driven decisions across customer teams.

Qualifications:

-Required:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field

• 3+ years of experience in data analytics, preferably in gaming or digital product environments

• Strong SQL skills and experience building reports and dashboards

• Experience defining and analyzing key business metrics (e.g., retention, LTV, conversion funnels)

• Excellent communication, documentation, and presentation skills

• Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable working across customers and internal teams
