**Junior or Mid-Level Regulatory Medical Writers**

**Location:**

Onsite in San Jose, CA (candidates MUST be local). No remote work and no telecommuting.

**Description:**

ICG Medical is seeking an exceptional Junior or Mid-Level Medical Writer/Regulatory Writer to develop regulatory documentation and scientific, clinical and academic publications.

**Responsibilities:**

* Draft, edit, and submit abstracts, posters, slide decks, and manuscripts to academic journals
* Draft, edit, and submit Clinical Study Reports, NDAs, eCTDs and other regulatory documentation
* May develop, write, edit, and submit grant proposals to private foundations and/or government agencies
* Perform data analysis
* Proven ability to work and manage multiple projects timelines

**Requirements:**

* Advanced degree (Ph.D. or M.D.) in molecular biology, genetics, genomics, maternal-fetal medicine and/or cancer biology
* Prefer candidates with very high GPAs
* Exceptional attention to detail
* Will need to mange and supervise up to three other medical regulatory writers
* Must have excellent command of the English language
* Post-doctoral experience preferred
* Experience with statistical analyses strongly preferred
* Considerable experience with scientific writing, including writing for both technical and non-technical audiences
* Considerable experience with developing conference materials, including abstracts, posters, and slide decks
* Experience writing marketing materials (white papers, patient brochures, etc) preferred
* Self-motivated, creative, and independent
* Ability to understand new subjects quickly

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
