Job Description:

**We are looking for a**

Senior Data Analyst
**with strong analytical expertise and hands-on project management experience to join our team at the Amex client site in Phoenix, AZ. The candidate will lead data initiatives, manage small to mid-sized projects, and work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver actionable insights and ensure timely project execution.**

Responsibilities:

**Lead end-to-end data analysis projects, from requirement gathering to delivery.**

**Manage timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication for analytics projects.**

**Perform complex data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and business insights.**

**Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data models.**

**Collaborate with technical and business teams to translate analytical findings into strategic recommendations.**

**Ensure data integrity, governance, and documentation standards are maintained.**

**Coordinate team activities and report project progress to management.**

Required Skills:

**8–9 years of experience as a Data Analyst, with exposure to project management.**

**Strong expertise in SQL, Excel, and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.).**

**Proven experience managing analytics projects and coordinating cross-functional teams.**

**Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.**

**Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.**

**PMP or Agile certification is a plus.**
