We have been retained by our growing client in Dallas needing to hire a Lead Django Developer, on a direct hire basis, who will lead a small team of 3 junior-mid level python engineers. This healthcare industry client is involved in providing innovative solutions to track customers and to help customers navigate complex business processes. We are seeking a motivated Python developer with an affinity for working with Python web frameworks. The backend is SQL/Azure, however we need a solid web developer, with some Django experience, seeking leadership at a growing company. This is a CRM app being built with python and django, javascript, bootstrap, HTML, CSS, SQL Server, Azure. This innovative CRM app will perform complex business tasks processing, tasks and notes management, keeping all the internal processes and customer interactions very organized, in-line and keeping things happening on time.

We need a professional full stack python developer candidate with some django experience, and more Django experience is better, and an affinity for building this innovative CRM. Preference is someone who is seeking an opportunity to potentially lead.

Are you open to working onsite M-F with our growing healthcare industry client in north Dallas? This is not remote. This is not hybrid.

If you are an experienced Python developer with over five (5) years of OOP, including 2 years of Django experience at some point, and experience or capacity to lead, then you could be the profile and person to recieve the offer.

Employment Type: direct hire

M-F, 40 hours per week, onsite north Dallas client offices. Not remote. Not hybrid.

Salary Range: $100,000 135,000 / year flexible DOE, depending on experience

the direct hire offer salary range and package is medical, dental, vision, 401k matching, 3-weeks paid time off a year. the salary range budget is flexible, but $100,000 -135,000/year, where 100K/yr has shown to be enough for a candidate meeting at least the minimum requirements. But 135K fits also, depending.

Location: north Dallas, Texas area

We will consider if you relocate yourself to Dallas, from anywhere in the lower 48 states, USA. But we need a candidate with about 6 solid years of Django experience, to consider relocation.
